1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using any PrimePro Technologies service, website, or AI voice agent platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of services

PrimePro Technologies AI LLC ("PrimePro", "we", "us") provides AI-powered voice agent solutions including outbound calling, inbound support automation, CRM integrations, and analytics dashboards for business clients worldwide.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract. By using our services you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Account responsibilities

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• All activity under your account is your responsibility.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at hello@primepro.ai / support@primepro.ai.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PrimePro services for spam, fraud, harassment, or any activity that violates applicable law — including telemarketing regulations (TCPA, TRAI, etc.). We reserve the right to suspend accounts in violation without prior notice.

6. Intellectual property

All software, AI models, voice agent logic, branding, and content on our platform remain the exclusive property of PrimePro Technologies. Nothing herein grants you ownership rights.

7. Payments and refunds

All fees are billed as agreed in your service order. Fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in your contract.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimePro shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is capped at the amount paid in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes involving Indian operations are additionally subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice.
