PrimePro Technologies AI LLC (USA) and PrimePro Technologies OPC Pvt Ltd (India) are jointly referred to as "PrimePro". We operate AI voice agent platforms for business clients globally.

• Usage data: Call logs, conversation transcripts, platform interactions, and analytics.
• Technical data: IP address, browser/device info, cookies, and session identifiers.
• Payment data: Billing details processed securely via third-party payment processors.

• To deliver, maintain, and improve our AI voice agent services.
• To send service updates, security alerts, and support communications.
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms.
• To improve our AI models using anonymised, aggregated data only.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We may share data with trusted sub-processors (cloud hosting, analytics, payment gateways) under strict data processing agreements. We may disclose data if required by law or court order.

5. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days by default, unless a different period is agreed in your contract.

7. International transfers

Data may be processed in the USA and India. We apply appropriate safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where required under GDPR.

Our services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
